Shipping limits:
We now sell pianos in the Houston area and within a 300 mile radius. Our private fleet will transport to you at a base rate of $150. per 100 miles.

Some Examples:
Austin: $225. Dallas: $360. San Antonio: $295. State tax does not apply to hauling charges. Difficult deliveries involving stairs, etc. must be arranged by you with a local company. We do “roll-in” deliveries only.

LIVE FAR OFF, Adventurous?
Rent a trailer, dollies, pads, and straps and COME ON DOWN! We'll load your piano, YOU drive it home. At home, call a local piano mover to take it out of the trailer and into the house. Save money, have an adventure!

Customer guarantee: All our new pianos carry a 12 year warranty on parts and workmanship. Kohler digitals carry a 3 year warranty. Used pianos are sold as-is with a 30 day mechanical warranty. Used pianos have been fully inspected, adjusted, tuned to A-440 by our certified technicians before being offered for sale. When a piano is purchased, it is again inspected, adjusted, and tuned before delivery. This is your best assurance of satisfaction.
Return policy: Pianos may be returned within 7 days for a refund minus delivery, pickup, and make-ready charges. Non-piano purchases may be returned in original packaging (at the expense of customer), and returned for a refund less 20% restocking charge.

Rentals are not refundable.
Payment options: All email orders must be verified by telephone. Orders are then sent to each customer for review and signature of approval. We prefer all buyers come in to satisfy themselves that the piano they have chosen is the instrument they really want. If circumstances prevent this, please be advised that we have taken all measure to describe each piano fairly and accurately.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Checks, and USD.

Other financing options: Your Credit Union, full-service bank, or Rent-To-Own (Houston only). We also accept payment through Pay-Pal.
